PrintingCenterUSA did an incredible job with our Playbill for the musical. The cost was very reasonable and even the shipping cost compared to other places was low for a quick turnaround. The Playbills look incredible and of professional quality.

I publish a magazine, and my local printer informed me that beginning with the next issue, they were going to increase my rate by 300%! Needless to say, I immediately started exploring my options. From the initial call I made to PrintingCenter USA, everyone (and I do mean everyone—from Bailey who answered the phone to Jazmin who answered my questions and sent me samples to Rebecca, my account representative) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process was simple, the pricing is fair and amazingly straight-forward and the end product (which I received today) is great—every bit as good (if not better) than the local printer I have been using for years.

Unfortunately, this year was not a good experience for getting our recital programs done. In the past, everything was always great. This year, it was one issue after another. Your system would not upload my file and the representative did not believe me when I said on my end it said the files uploaded. This happened twice. The most disturbing was the lack of caring from the person assigned to our account. And the fact that after the proof was done he then tells me that he noticed we numbered the pages on the wrong side instead of telling us before hand. It was something I never experienced before and I hope never again. I’m sorry to say I could not recommend your company after this terrible experience.
This year is our 70th year in business so it’s upsetting that the programs aren’t top notch like I expected going in.

The process to upload and proof my booklet was fairly simple and straight forward. The end result looks polished and professional. We're happy customers! My only complaint was trying to get an answer to a simple process question through the online chat feature when I was placing my order. The chat rep couldn't give me an answer and instead referred me to a supervisor for a response in 24 hours. I gave up on the chat rep and found that my question was answered on the next screen. My experience showed a serious lack of training of your employees (or very poor artificial intelligence) when they don't know the basic steps of the order placing process.

being a first timer at writing a book and getting it printed was quite a learning experience. Will Martin and Izaak Rivera made the printing part enjoyable and fairly painless (any pain was self inflicted). they got to practice patience helping me through the process. Thanks guys for all you did

The booklets came out perfectly! The colors were nice, and came in good condition. I was very happy with the final product and can't wait to send them out to my friends.

Uploaded a booklet of 32 pages to be printed; when I got the proof only 31 pages were there. Checked and it ends up that one of the pages was left out. When I declined the proof, I emailed my customer service rep and got no response. Next morning I called customer service and got the rep on the phone; he then helped me fix the issue and get the booklet back on track. All in all a good experience-just be sure to get back to customers who are facing a deadline and need help.

Easy-to-use website. Incredibly quick, thorough customer support via phone (a HUGE deal when amateurs like me and my students are working on a publication). Clear, prompt email notifications and support. Production and shipping on time or early, always. And all of these plusses have been consistent over the 3 years we have used PrintingCenterUSA.

There was a mix up on my booklet. The “why” isn’t important. I contacted them and they were great. Problem resolved quickly and completely. Will and Aidan were helpful, professional and friendly. I’m sure I will be using these services again.

1)receiving samples of paper stocks was brilliant; 2) my rep was wonderfully patient with my technical difficulties, and 3) printed pieces great and arrived earlier than expected. I will bring more jobs to be printed!
